Agreement
By creating an account, subscribing, purchasing, or otherwise using Tri-County Hemp Resources LLC's website and portal at tri-countyhempresources.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Tri-County Hemp Resources LLC is a private business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, or any other federal or state government agency.
Eligibility and age requirements
We apply age limits only where federal, state, and product context require them — not as a blanket rule for every feature.
- 18+ — create an account (date of birth validated at registration), non-hemp shop purchases, FSA Multi-Crop Compliance and Business Grants portal plans, transactional email correspondence.
- 21+ — hemp-derived shop products and Hemp Basic, Hemp Pro, and bundled portal plans that include hemp compliance depth (7 CFR Part 990 tooling).
- Hemp-derived products are identified in our catalog by the
is_hemp_derivedflag, cannabinoid/COA labeling fields, and hemp grower categories. Non-hemp apparel and equipment useis_hemp_derived=false. - Age-restricted purchases and subscriptions require date of birth, government ID verification where applicable, and Stripe checkout (US dollars and digital currency) for subscriptions.
You represent that information you provide is accurate, that you meet the age requirement for the service you use, and that you hold any licenses required for your operations. Canonical policy: config/age_policy.json.
Accounts, subscriptions, and payments
- Basic registration is free; full portal workspaces require an active paid subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically via Stripe until canceled through the billing portal or by contacting us.
- Prices, features, and storage quotas may change with notice on the site; existing subscriptions are governed by the terms in effect at purchase unless otherwise required by law.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case for billing errors; we do not guarantee refunds for partial subscription periods after access has been granted.
- If you cancel at period end, portal access continues until your current billing period ends. We then email a final compliance export packet (ZIP with forms, ledger entries, document inventory, and integrity hashes) and close paid workspace access. A time-limited download link is included when email delivery succeeds.
Compliance tools — not legal or regulatory advice
Forms, checklists, label builders, grant templates, guides, and automation tools are provided for record-keeping convenience only. They do not constitute legal, tax, agronomic, or regulatory advice. Shop label checklist results are internal draft tools — not USDA, state, or third-party certification.
You remain solely responsible for official licensing via USDA HeMP, sampling by authorized agents, laboratory testing, and all filings with USDA, FSA, state agencies, and other authorities. We do not submit forms to government agencies on your behalf unless a separate written agreement explicitly says otherwise.
Grants and funding content
Grant catalogs, templates, and example narratives are educational starting points for your entity. They are not eligibility guarantees, funding commitments, or legal advice. Always verify program requirements with official sources before applying.
Business email (hosted mailboxes)
We may provide business mailboxes on @tri-countyhempresources.com through our self-hosted mail server. Mailbox use is governed by our Email Service User Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- Email services require 18+ age verification at registration (date of birth and attestation). Bundled mailboxes require paid subscription checkout with a credit or debit card or other Stripe-enabled methods for additional age verification; we do not store raw card numbers.
- Included mailboxes may be bundled with an active paid portal subscription as described on the site.
- You may not send unsolicited bulk email, phishing, or malware; abuse may result in immediate suspension.
- Commercial email you send must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable law.
- When your subscription ends, mailbox access is disabled; export mail you wish to keep before canceling.
- Site correspondence is opt-in unless it is site maintenance (security, password reset, billing for purchases you made, access warnings, planned outages) or a societal emergency (rare public-safety or civil-scale notices). Optional digests such as Farm Weather daily checks are sent only if you opt in — see Email Service.
SMS / text messaging
Not currently offered (2026-07-13): We are not activating SMS/MMS for hemp compliance alerts. Use portal notifications, email, or call (239) 420-8463 for grower voice support.
If SMS is enabled in the future, opt-in would be separate from purchase. Transactional compliance messages only — not marketing. Message frequency would vary; message and data rates may apply.
Archived policy: reply STOP to cancel SMS; reply HELP for support. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase unless clearly stated at opt-in. See Privacy — SMS.
Intellectual property
Portal software, branding, HempDaddy artwork, and site content are owned by Tri-County Hemp Resources LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or resell the service without written permission. Poster composition on the homepage is inspired by James Montgomery Flagg's 1917 public-domain recruiting art; our HempDaddy portrait is original AI artwork. The homepage shows a web display derivative only; high-resolution HempDaddy masters are not licensed for public download.
Media production, sound, video, and broadcasting
Tri-County Hemp Resources LLC owns all rights in original business media produced for the company — including audio, video, still images, motion graphics, screen recordings, podcasts, live-stream captures, CAD, and 3D-print source files — unless a separate written agreement expressly assigns otherwise.
- Work performed at our HQ production systems (parcel 718.01), including TCH Print Studio and TCH Plant Studio pipelines, is work-for-hire with full rights reserved: reproduce, distribute, display, perform, broadcast, stream, synchronize, create derivatives, sublicense, and monetize.
- Production masters remain on local HQ storage first; only published derivatives (marketing clips, portal training, CAD vault releases) are distributed to the public site or authenticated portal.
- We do not claim ownership of third-party sports or network broadcasts (for example FIFA, NFL, or affiliate station feeds). Only our original commentary, graphics, and B-roll are in scope.
- Music from the YouTube Studio Audio Library may be used on our YouTube channel only. It is not licensed for this website, portal video, or other off-YouTube distribution unless we separately obtain rights.
- Contractors, guests, and sponsors must grant a written display or work-for-hire license before we capture or host their image, voice, or creative on company systems or the website.
Personal retirement, brokerage, and disability records maintained in operator-private storage are not business media and are never commingled with production masters or public web content.
Your uploads and classified listings
You retain ownership of compliance documents, IDs, and equipment-classified photos you upload. You grant Tri-County Hemp Resources LLC a non-exclusive license to store, process, moderate, display within your account or approved listings, and export files you request (including cancellation export packets). You represent that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Sponsor and third-party creative
Sponsor advertisements (images, video, audio) may appear in the portal ad system only when the sponsor warrants they own or control the creative and grants Tri-County Hemp Resources LLC permission to display it on our domains for the agreed campaign period. Sponsor creative does not transfer ownership to us unless a separate written assignment says so.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tri-County Hemp Resources LLC and its members, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, licenses, or regulatory penalties arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your farm operations, regulatory filings, product sales, misuse of the portal, or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
